See how water gardens add life and beauty to landscapes.

7. Bear Creek Blues Festival - June 28, 2008
Annual blues festival featuring five music performers & bands, food

15. Missouri State Cornhusking - September/October
Heritage art of husking corn by hand - based on time and volume weight
of corn husked.
Horse drawn wagons partner with participants of various
ages for this unique sporting
competition. Flea/Craft Market, pie contest,
parade, & petting zoo add to the excitement.

16. Country Patchwork Quilt Show - September/October
Salt Fork YMCA, 740 East Yerby, Marshall. Each year the quilt show offers
new displays while keeping traditional events: Quilt drawing, silent
auction,
over 100 quilts. Also included: Gift Bazaar and woodcarving
display.

17. Arrow Rock Heritage Festival - Second Weekend in October
Featuring 19th century crafts of daily living demonstrated throughout the village.

19. Houston E. Mull FFA Memorial Scholarship Cattle Drive -
First Weekend in November
Enjoy an old fashioned cattle drive. Breakfast starting off, picnic style
lunch and
steak dinner first evening with a campfire and other entertainment.
All proceeds go towards FFA Scholarships. All ages welcome.
Approximately 10 miles long. Campers and trailers welcome.
Event cost: $25 per person or $100 per family.
