Minutes of the Chamber of Commerce Tourism CommitteeNovember 24, 2010 Present: Stan Moore, Cynthia Crawford, Jill Murray, Pam Thomeczek & Larry Arrowood Chair Stan Moore called the meeting to order at 9:00 am Cynthia Crawford made the motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting, Pam Thomeczek seconded it, motion passed. The Chamber Tourism Project List was update. See attached copy. The committee discussed the application results of the Marshall Tourism Commission meeting that was held on Nov. 17th. It was decided that all affiliates would be contacted personally to go over their submitted applications. The next meeting was scheduled for January 26, 2011 at the Saline County Extension office at 9:00 am. Cynthia Crawford made a motion to continue meeting every 4th Wed. of each month in 2011, Pam Thomeczek seconded it, motion passed. Meeting was adjourned at 10:15 am.
